- Axial fans
European fans or domestic fans with imported motors are available. The motor is designed to operate between 360V/3/50Hz and 440V/3/50Hz.

- Technical features
The industrial air coolers are suitable for installing the rooms designed for the preserving, freezing and general cold storage. Because of the impacted design, they can save more store space.
The items are categorized according to their applications:

●The uniform fin spacing configuration

·7mm fin spacing for high and medium room temperatures (5~-10℃)
·10mm fin spacing for medium room temperatures (-10~-18℃)
·12mm ,14mm fin spacing for low room temperatures (-18~-35℃)

●The variable fin spacing configuration

·7/12mm fin spacing for high and medium room temperatures (5~-10℃)
·10/14mm ,12/14mm fin spacing for medium and low room temperatures (-10~-35℃)

- Manufacturing features
●Cooler coil
·Swelling aluminum fins and stainless steel tubes
Using rippled aluminum fins and STAINLESS STEEL tubes, it is more efficient in heat exchange performance and lighter in weight than hot-dip galvanized coil. It uses the current refrigerant type NH₃and water containing glycol as cooling medium.

·Swelling aluminum fins and aluminum tubes
Using rippled aluminum fins and ALUMINUM tubes, it is the most efficient in heat exchange performance and lightest in weight among the coils of hot-dip galvanized and swelling aluminum fins and stainless steel tubes. It also uses the current refrigerant type NH₃ and the cooling medium water containing glycol .

●Casing
Three kinds of materials for choice:
· galvanized steel sheet (suitable for preserving , freezing and general cold storage )
· spray plastic sheet (recommended for comfortable air - conditioning rooms)
· stainless steel sheet ( recommended for food processing rooms )

●Defrosting
·Water defrosting (by water spray)

●Fans
·External rotor motors
·The motor and impeller are constructed as an integral unit, which leads to energy exchange and low   noise with high- efficiency.
·The motors are equipped with thermal contacts.
·Die cast aluminum impeller
·While using the special lubricating oil ,the lowest operation temperature can reach -40℃.
·The streamline fan guard expands the scattering range of the air, and ensures the smooth of the air   distribution.

Refrigerant: NH₃
Cooling medium: Water containing glycol

- Method of selection:
For the selection of coolers, the quick selection tables have been devised. The cooling capacities refer to the temperature difference △t between the room temperature and the evaporating temperature of refrigerant.

Once △t, evaporating temperature t₀ and cooling capacity Q₀ are determined, the selection can be easily done.
